Improve your Core for a Longer Drive – One Golfer’s Experience using the Blake Blaster

As an avid Golfer, the first thing I noticed when using the Blake Blaster was an increase in my swing flexibility.  For me, this was quite significant because of my chronic lower back pain due to arthritis, spinal stenosis and bulging disc.  In the golf world there is a saying “drive for show and putt for dough”.  In all honesty, I can tell you that I  have added twenty to thirty yards to my driving distance and another ten yards to my irons.  280+ yards is not bad for a guy that is 5’9 and 190lbs.

So what’s the secret?  FOCUS!  By that I mean to really concentrate on the things which may have restricted your full potential due to physical limitations.  I love to warm up using the Blake Blaster.  There is a 3 minute “whittle your middle” clip on the DVD that has benefited me the most.  The “Lift and Chop”, the “Russian Twist” and the “Dead Lift” are the three I rely on now every week.  The different routines offered on the DVD helps me in all areas of my physical strength, but for my golf swing, the Blake Blaster and these three specific exercises has been amazing.

Over many years I have had the opportunity to own several different types of personal exercise equipment.  To date, I have never owned one as simple as the Blake Blaster. If you are looking for something that is lightweight, portable and convenient to use I highly recommend this product.

Finally, if you interested in lowering your golf score and improving the quality your life – then make the next move and get yourself the Blake Blaster!
