Blaster Exercise: Tricep Extension


INSTRUCTIONS


How to do Tricep Extensions with The Blake Blaster:

  1. Stand with heels on the Blaster, feet hip width apart, weight on the heels
  2. Keeping the back in a neutral position, knees very slightly bent, hinge forward at the hips bending the upper body down to about a 45 degree angle.
  3. Keep elbows bent and raised up
  4. Extend hands backwards completely straightening both arms and then downwards, hinging at the elbows and keeping elbows in place
  5. Repeat
